Nokia Launched Android Smartphones Nokia X,Nokia X+ and Nokia XL,

Finally Nokia has enterd into Android Smartphones with its most awaited Nokia X series.

Finnish Phone maker giant on Monday launched its first Android Smartphones at the Mobile World Conference 2014 in Barcelona (Spain).
Nokia launched three phones in X series -Nokia X,Nokia X+ and Nokia XL.

 The Nokia X is available immediately for 89 euros ,while The Nokia X+ will be priced at 99 euros and The Nokia XL will cost 109 euros. but will be available in the second quarter .

Facebook Acquires WhatsApp in $19 Billion Deal

World's largest Social networking site Facebook announced that it is buying the most popular messaging service  WhatsApp in $19 billion dollars in a cash and stock deal.

The mega acquisition price involves  $4 billion in cash, $12 billion worth of Facebook shares and  $3 billion in restricted stock units to be granted to WhatsApp's founders and employees over four years.

As part of this mega deal  Jan Koum,CEO and Co Founder of WhatsApp will join the Facebook as its Board member.

WhatsApp is most popular Messaging App and almost 45 crore users use this App  and over 10 lakh new users join WhatsApp everyday.

Bharti Airtel To Acquire Loop Mobile ,will Become Largest Telecom Player in Mumbai.

India's Largest Telecom Company Bharti Airtel will acquire small telecom player Loop Mobile in a deal of Rs.700 crore($113 million)..

Through this deal Bharti Airtel will get Loop's 3 million subscribers and assets like their 400 Towers, Optic Fibers,Electronic Equipments etc.
 after this stragetic deal Sunil Bharti Mittal lead Telecom giant will become Largest Telecom player in Mumbai Circle with almost 7 million subscriber and  will surpass Vodafone's Indian unit, which has nearly 6.9 million subscribers in Mumbai..
Loop Mobile started its operations in 1995 as BPL Mobile. Later in 2005, it was acquired by Dubai based  Khaitan Holdings Group. and according to media reports Loop has debt of about Rs 400 crore which Khaitains will have to pay on their own. So, excluding the debt, Khaitans will make about Rs 300 crore from the deal..

Infosys Beats Dalal Street Again,Q2 Net Profit up by 1.6%

IT major Infosys announced its second quarter result ended September 30, 2013. Bangalore based IT firm reported  a 1.6 % rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 2,407 carore vs Rs 2,369 carore in the same quarter of last year. Consolidated quarterly revenue was up 31.5 % to Rs 12,965 crore from Rs 9,858 carore in the year-ago period. while Earnings suffered from a Rs 219 cr. provision for "visa related matters".

 the company declared an interim dividend of Rs 20 per share. during this quarter company added 68  new cielents and now total clients are 873.
After better than expected result Infosys's shares opend arround 3360 or 7% up but after opening it has come down to 3220 but now it is trading at 3288.05 up by 5.25%, other IT stocks like Wipro,TCS and HCL Tech are also in top gainers..

 India's second largest software company which had kept its US dollar revenue guidance unchanged after the first quarter results, this time revised it upwards to 9-10%for the 2013-14 fiscal from 6-10%.

it has also revised rupee revenue guidance to 21-22 % for the 2013-14 fiscal from 13-17 % earlier. In dollar terms.

This growth is a result of our focus on execution, which helps our clients achieve their objectives.We will continue with planned investments and initiatives to explore new avenues of growth. We remain watchful of the sustainability of improving global economic fundamentals".

Recovery in Indian Stock Markets, Sensex and Nifty Recovers from lower level.

Indian stock markets opened gap downd due to negative globle ques,yesterday US markets closed in red Dow and Nasdaq were down by more than 1.5% and in the morning other asian markets were also down,SGX Nifty was down by 40 pts in early trade...
 during intra day Sensex was down by more than 150 points while NSE Nifty was also down by 50 points. but from lower level our markets witnessing smart recovery and 30 share index Sensex and 50 share index Nifty have turned in green.
